The old couple masseurs just knead your fully clothed back torso and neck with huge force leaving you with pain thereafter after a full body massage.They will not massage your tired legs - as though legs do not come in your full body !! When requested they tell you to book another feet massage.Also although we do not mind giving additional tips, I find it a little weird when a fixed rate of tips is demanded, even though the rate chart says “ tips recommended” !Lastly customers should send silent prayers that no other customer comes in between their 30 minutes because if they do, the old couple would hurry up and then wind up 5 minutes earlier than scheduled time and...read full review

This place is fantastic.People not willing to tip at least 20% here are unbelievable to me. The humans working here have very low base prices, and provide a phenomenal massage for that price. You could tip 100% here and still pay less than if you went to a dolled up massage place in the Castro.Try and massage someone like they do for 30-60 minutes before complaining about tipping. It’s hard work.

The masseuse did tell me in advance that a 20% tip was mandatory. Considering the very reasonable price, I don't find that to be too unreasonable. The massage itself was mostly excellent (I'm picky & I never like every single thing, so this is pretty high praise). Amazing value for the money.
