Michael was fantastic. He helped us select multiple floorings, all great quality at an excellent price point. He was knowledgeable about our options, helpful when we had fine-tune decisions to make, patient when we needed to make changes, and went above and beyond on facilitating delivery. This was an all around, extremely positive experience. Highly recommended.
I had an excellent experience with Michael Watts here! I had a tight timeline and my HOA had document requirements and Michael guided the process seamlessly - the entire job was completed on deadline. Michael is so kind and offered several options to help navigate the options. The quality of the carpet that was installed is impressive and very much appreciate the guidance. I will definitely be recommending Michael and Floortex to my network of friends and associates.
We had an outstanding experience with Abbey Carpet. The store manager April was wonderful in helping us select our carpet and the installation team did a great job. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the futre.
