Finally tried it for the first time and Jill was amazing! She lead a very fun class and her expertise on making sure you have the right form was Amazing! Love the tension on these springs and how it makes you feel light, it makes some of the harder mat Pilates moves more do able at the same time burns in a different way.

As someone who has always focused strictly on cardio and high-intensity HIIT workouts, I wanted to try Pilates to reduce the risk of injury and minimize wear and tear on my body. I was blown away by how FUN the FitSprings class was. I got the benefits of strength training, cardio and stretching that I was looking for, but I also felt weightless - like I was flying! I couldn't stop smiling the whole time. And Jill is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher. I highly recommend this class and can't wait to come back!
