Eyedentity Vision Optometry: Carrie Lee OD

I recently visited Dr. Lee because one day, out of the blue, I developed a troubling issue with one of my eyes. I was quite concerned that it was something very serious. I called my doctor's clinic only to find that the wait to see an ophthalmologist in my medical network (UCSF) take weeks if not months. My only option, I was told, was to go to a walk-in clinic or the emergency room, in either case I would be waiting hours for an on-call ophthalmologist to show up. Dr Lee and the office staff here are wonderful. I appreciate that they communicate through texts in addition to calls and emails. Dr. Lee also is very thorough and practical. In my most recent visit, they even followed up on my behalf with a contact lens manufacturer to resolve a question, communicating with me the whole time and giving me a resolution. I would highly recommend coming to this location - super convenient.
