What I love about EverStrongSF: No mirrors, no clocks, no clanging machines or listening to other people grunting, and having the whole space to myself. But most of all, my amazing trainer, Patrick--he is always laser-focused on my form, constantly creative with changing things up to keep the work-out interesting, and unfailingly encouraging and motivating. Training at EverStrongSF was the one of the best decisions I've ever made--I'm 72 and have never felt stronger!

Great trainers, Patrick and Chase are super knowledgeable and really know how to motivate. Love the modality of their training, I've found it extremely efficient and effective in maintaining strength and fitness. I was a college athlete and have been fit ever since. Believe them when they say 30 mins once a week is enough to show improvement and it's amazing how many ways they know how to adjust the workout so you're never comfortable or find it boring. As a former college athlete and lifetime fitness geek, EverStrongSF is truly worth it.

I started at EverStrong about 8 weeks ago. I do Yoga and Pilates 4-5 days a week but since I have been losing too much muscle and I knew I need to add something else in. I hate gyms and not much for weight training but when I read about EverStrong I was intrigued. I love that each session is private and no more than 30 min. Chase is great and he works me to fatigue every session. I just did an InBody and not have I stopped losing muscle I have started to gain it back. I feel stronger and its actually been helping with my handstands at Yoga. Im now a member and really looking forward to the months ahead. Im so happy I gave it a try
