Engin was maybe the best service provider I've worked with in the context of my home construction. Various other contractors had told me permitting could take up to 9 months, Engin got it done in 2 weeks. Also just very honest, open, direct, made a bunch of helpful recommendations, and knows a deep bench of contractors for different parts of any given project. Highly recommend
I outreached to Engin for help assessing multiple bids I received for some foundation work and he quickly responded when I had trouble getting anyone else to return my call. We didn't end up working together since I needed some additional help outside his usual services. However, Engin provided me with recommendations for other firms and took the time to talk with me and email back and forth with some ideas. Would definitely work with him in the future.
