I am not typically one to leave a review but I hope every single person on Russian Hill comes here. The owner is AMAZING. I came 2 days before a wedding trip I’m leaving for to get a dress I spilled wine all over cleaned. I knew it was a crazy ask/turn-around time. She said I’ll take it first thing in the morning and prioritize it. She actually got it done in less than a day and charged me almost nothing and I actually won’t ever go anywhere else. She hems, dry cleans, gets these stains OUT okay. They’re OUT. Anyway, I love her and everyone needs to go here.

I've brought items in to be tailored or repaired as well as to be dry cleaned and have always been happy with the results. They were great about making sure that alterations were done correctly and were very helpful when I was unsure exactly what length items needed to be shortened to. Service was quick and the prices were reasonable.

I get my wash and fold done here - I've never had an issue, and they do a nice job folding and giving it to you in clean blue paper bundles. I once accidentally sent a skirt that could be dried so that got destroyed, but that was my fault (just a warning to others). The prices are reasonable, but not particularly cheap. They are very nice, professional.
