Peter W. Callander, M.D.

I had several surgeries with Dr. Callander of the last ten years!! I have both hips and both knees replaced by him. The surgeries all went well and the staff at his office was outstanding. My last knee was replaced in October and I am working out again!! Dr Callander is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend him if you need knee or hip surgery!

My name isn't actually Linda (initials SJ), but I had my left hip replaced (anterior) by Dr. Callander in March of 2023 and the results couldn't have been any better! That hip is more flexible now than it was when I was 19! Unfortunately, now my right hip is acting up and I have another appointment with Peter coming up. Wouldn't see anyone else! Fingers crossed but I know I'm good hands. Also, I referred another tennis player friend and her results were just as good. If you're active and want to stay that way, Dr. Callander is your best option!

Dr Callander was personable and professional. He listened, gave me options and the space to make my treatment decision. And best of all, he did NOT believe I needed a knee replacement at this time, as another provider had suggested… i will try an alternative treatment, which could give me a surgery free few years. I am SO happy with the expert care of Dr Callandar.
