I had a couple of blemishes on my face so I went to see Dr Austin. The office is well organized and very responsive including over email which is a huge plus. She was kind and professional. I have been to this office for multiple treatments and biopsies including one emergency visit for a stye. Each time the results have been perfect. I have been to many top dermatologists over the years, and Dr. Austin is most certainly among the very best. She came highly recommended by one of California's most well known plastic surgeons for her unique ability to keep patients looking natural and better, younger (in my case) versions of themselves. I am now in my 60s, and have done various laser treatments, Botox and fillers at BACD. Looking at the before/after photos from when I started seeing Dr. Austin three years ago vs. now is remarkable - my skin looks 10 years younger than it had. She is passionate about her work and her patients, and very conservative in what she does. She has full knowledge of the wide breadth of treatments the practice offers. I trust her implicitly and cannot write a strong enough recommendation!
When looking to regain my pre baby glow, I knew I had to seek out assistance from the one and only Dr. Austin. Not only were we pregnant around the same time so could relate to everything I was going through, she did so with the most empathy and personalized attention I could have ever imagined. Despite me not being local to the bay area, Dr. Austin continues to check in with me addressing any concerns I may have remotely.
