I’ve been a regular at Dolci Nail Salon for two years now, and I can confidently say it’s the best in town. Shoutout to Billy, absolute magic with nails. I went to Dolci yesterday to get my nails done. My nails had been really damaged from long-term acrylic nail wear. I had heard that gel extensions could give the same affect but with much less damage to your nail & nail bed. It seem that not many nail salons in SF do gel extensions, but Dolci is one of them (obviously). I'm kicking myself for misplacing the card of the technician who did my nails, but he's a tall, young, slender Asian man with short hair, and he's AMAZING. I decided to do a medium-length almond-shaped gel extension with cats-eye gel polish (they have the cat's eye polish in many colors, and the effect is achieved with magnets!!). The salon is large and airy and a lot more attractive inside than most cramped little nail salons. I had my little dog with me, and they were super accommodating of him, they even gave him his own little chair (can't believe i forgot to take a pic!) right next to mine. They offered me a beverage and got to work on my nails. My tech spent a lot of time cleaning up my cuticles, which were RAGGED. After he finished my cuticles, he moved me to a big, comfy massage chair (it was a REALLY good massage chair! It massaged my back as well as a person. And I've been in massage chairs that SUCKED. This one was great, though! When he put me in the massage chair, he moved my dog's little chair next to me, too. He definitely took his time w/my nails, even though I was certainly his last appt of the day (my appt started at 6pm). He did a FANTASTIC job! I was super happy, and will definitely repeat!
I absolutely love this nail salon. They are truly top notch. Fantastic customer service and quality of services. I enjoy that they do both a hand and foot massage. They use hot stones on your feet too! I most definitely will be returning as a frequent customer.
