If you just want to throw your money away then this is the site to go to they have no customer service no accountability and if the campaigns don't come through they don't care!

I was an "early bird" contributor in October 2018 for a meditative musical instrument called a Bajinn. It is now June 2023 and I have not received the instrument. I have written to the "campaigner" numerous times and have not received a reply. I have notified IndieGogo several times in the past 2 years that this seems to have been a fraudulent campaign and have received replies stating that they would investigate but that they have no recourse. After this experience, I would advise anyone against participating in an IndieGogo venture.

I've ordered several products via Indiegogo. Now, I'm thinking it's a scam organization. It's impossible to contact them for any issues. I need a refund for a product that doesn't work for me. Between their website "contact" link, and the owner of the product, I'm being sent into a loop. The owner doesn't answer their phone (Lumina NRG), (Indiegogo says to contact them) and Indiegogo's web will not accept my login. I wouldn't recommend doing any crowdfunding with them. Now, I'm going to request refunds from every campaign that I've contributed to through them. I still have two outstanding products to receive. I don't trust this system.
