I love going to Diane’s! I was never a regular at a nail salon until finding out about Diane’s Nails Care on Haight. My nails never chip and last a long time despite them being natural. I got a dip manicure today at Diane’s nail care and I feel really mixed about it. On the one hand, they took their time and did an amazing job on my nails. On the other hand, they had the color mislabeled and did my dip nails completely the wrong color that was many shades off from what I had chosen. They apologized, but only provided me a five dollar discount. Maybe if I had a fit and demanded they redo it or give me a larger discount I would have gotten better service, but I didn’t want to be rude.
