I've been getting body work by Deborah for about 6 months now and I always feel renewed a few days after a massage with her. I wish I could afford every month but I go every other month and it is totally worth it. The massages are deep and releasing so a good breathing practice has helped me during the sessions. I keep a lot of stress in my body so it can be uncomfortable when it's released.
Deborah is amazing - by far the best, most knowledgable masseuse I have ever worked with. I've been going to Deborah for about 5 years and won't see anyone else. Both her SF and Oakland locations are great (I will travel to either depending on her schedule because she is that good)
Updated review -- Deborah continues to be incredibly skilled. Her work is indeed transformational and the best massage therapy I have ever experienced. I was also impressed by the high level of COVID precautions. Masks, air purification / ventilation, sanitization, and temperature checks. I felt very safe.
