They had the audacity to have an intern do my x-rays and then ask an egregious amount from my insurance. I disputed it asking why my time wasn't being considered as it was taking a few extra attempts for the intern to learn the machine, set my arm, labels, etc., but they confirmed that my wasted time was of no value to them. I honestly can't even be confident that the results are accurate. For this reason, I will be moving on to Kaiser and can not recommend getting any lab work done here.
No follow up, no surprise.
