Worked with the Cozen O'Conner team on patent submission, and I can't believe they're professionals. From basic mistakes like misspelling inventor names on the formal USPTO Filing report and spelling mistakes in the patent writing, they wasted so much of our time (and billable hours) that I might as well have submitted the patent myself as a layperson. Also very slow to respond once they've landed the contract Although they are very enthusiastic on sales calls and fooled me as a chemist, they are not skilled nor detail-oriented. Would recommend staying far away from them for patent services.

My company had the misfortune of being a vendor for this firm and provided outstanding service to them for over a year, but finally had to stop providing services because of how rude, disrespectful, and difficult they were to deal with. We've been a San Francisco based, worker-owned business since 2001 with only good Yelp reviews and have many happy customers. I've never experienced an office manager that was so unprofessional and unreasonable. Even William who works there told me as politely and respectfully as he could that Tracy (the office manager) was "very difficult to deal with" and that I was not the only person that had unpleasant interactions... read full review
