Jae is the go-to-roofer in the Bay Area if you have any roofing concerns. I had 4 bids on the contractor, of which one was from my contractor. Let me just say that Jae takes pride in his work and product. He spent a good amount of time on my roof and came down and explain in detail what needs to be done and why. He puts 3 layers, as oppose to 2 layers to make sure the roof will last for a long time. I don't know roof terms, but I do know when a contractor spends time to explain why each piece is important, they definitely want to do a good job. There not many contractor like Jae anymore. My roof in the Sunset District was completed back in 1998 when we purchased the house by County Roofing. Well, over 22 years later, we have not had a single leak. The quality of the work of this family operated business is second to none and my roof is the proof.
