I’ve been taking classes at CORE40 Noe-Mission for three years now, and it’s made such a difference in my strength and posture. The workouts are challenging in the best way — always pushing me but never overwhelming. The instructors here really make it special: Candice, Bridget, and Valerie each bring their own great energy, great taste in music, attention to form, and encouragement. They keep every class engaging and fun. I always leave feeling stronger and more balanced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a consistent, effective, and supportive workout community!

I’ve been to several Lagree Pilates classes and this one kicked my butt — in a good way! The setting of the studio is so cool in an old church with stained glass windows and an organ.
The staff was so friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed the 40 minute class. I didn’t think I could get so sore in such a short time, but I was very wrong. I’ll be back!

First time attending and I definitely got a workout in! I was shaking within the first 10 minutes, a great reminder that I was targeting different areas of the body for toning! Highly recommend. Instructor was great and made the entire experience an easy one. Will definitely try again.
