Had water spillage which seeped into my computer screen. Freaking out called dozens of places around the city which most would scare me into bringing it urgently and telling me the upfront price. Calling computer 5000 they asked questions to what happened, how much water, how long ago, and assured me it wasn't bad. They told me to text them photos and advised me I few days to let the water evaporate. And it did! my computer is completely fine now and they saved me 100s of dollars !
Truly a wizard with computers and so quick! My coffee thermos spilled in my work bag and my laptop wouldn’t turn on. I brought it here within about half an hour and by the next day he had it working again!! Cost about $160 total for his work, but that’s much cheaper than a new laptop! So thankful !
My motherboard was overheating suddenly this afternoon and I couldn't find the culprit. I took it to Don and within an hour-and-a-half he'd found a couple of loose connections and called me back to pick it up! He also did a great job cleaning up some of the interior dust and it looked like new again! I've never experienced such a quick and professional turnaround from a pc repair tech. Highly recommended, and he even charged me minimally!
