I had a great experience with Collier. Ernesto Caceres was very patient and informative on the sales side and their installation crew was meticulous. I love my windows and I'll come back to Collier for my next project.

I contracted with Collier Warehouse to spec, order, and install a replacement conservatory window system for the back of our home. As part of the ordering process the owner, Paul, came by to verify installation details, including required custom flashing for the knee wall cap. Nowhere in the shop drawings did it indicate the flashing from the manufacturer was limited in length and multiple pieces would need to be spliced (both on the interior and exterior), resulting in the final condition shown in the photos. We had to replace curved solarium windows on the fourth floor. Paul and Ernesto from Collier came, assessed the situation, and custom-ordered the curved windows from us. After the windows were shipped to their warehouse, they reached out to schedule an install date, arranged the scaffold contractor and sent a work crew who - within 1.5 days had seamlessly and flawlessly replaced my old windows, caulked and painted the new ones. Paul and his entire team took great care to be responsive and were very professional. We're grateful for their wonderful service and will gladly hire them again for any complicated window job in the future.
