These guys were fabulous! Jim came out and listened carefully to what I wanted him to do in our very over-grown back yard. He wore a mask and was careful about distancing...and also made a few excellent suggestions. City Trees promptly sent me an estimate and were very easy to make a date to come over and work. Alex the owner and the work crew arrived on time-all wearing masks--and we again walked through all that they were going to do. The group was focused, polite, and cleaned up all the debris, including a thorough final sweep! They also pruned our trees out front, which was a much more careful and thoughtful job than the one the guys that work for San Francisco do! I highly recommend City Trees! They will be our "go-to" group for any tree and bush work!

We live in SF and have 2 huge elm trees in our back yard that had become Very overgrown and dangerous. We got several estimates and went with City Trees because our home's co-owners has used them before and the estimate was very reasonable. I was Nervous because I'd spent considerable time and money creating a beautiful garden and I couldn't imagine how they could remove so much from so high up without doing a lot of damage. Here's how: they know their stuff! There was debris in our yard and two of our neighbors but they cleaned everything up and there was hardy a broken branch. This was a tough and dangerous job, but they did it very efficiently with all the needed COVID safeguards. I highly recommend them.
