Truly can't say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Citizen Hound! From the onboarding process, David and Kayla took the time to get to know my dog and his temperament and preferences to ensure he would be in the perfect group for him. We have been lucky enough to be a part of both Charlie and Tyler's packs and they both were absolutely phenomenal. The clarity and consistency of communication, their patience with my dog, and attention to detail are top notch. I've used several other similar services in San Francisco and can say without a shadow of a doubt that Citizen Hound is the very best there is!

This review is for Shannon, who has been a total lifesaver for my family and me. I recently gave birth and we needed a dog walker quickly to handle our 90 lb Greater Swiss Mtn Dog Coda. Coda is so lovely but is fear reactive on leash and needs extra handling. Shannon immediately won Coda over and walks with him have been her favorite part of the day. I highly recommend Shannon to anyone, especially those with tricker dogs who need an advocate while on walks!
