Renee Aulisi at Circle Medical is now my primary care provider. She provided compassionate, considerate and prompt service with incredible follow thru. Through her guidance CM provided precisely what I asked for initially without suggesting I try something else first and in record time. I feel at ease to be myself during our discussions and Rene sends me a detailed summary after each visit. The CM support staff also hasn't missed a beat. I'd recommend this service to anyone looking for a care service provider with integrity

If you want an online appointment quickly for a very routine thing, Circle is very good. They often have appointments available right away, they have some nice doctors, their technology works, and they're fairly responsive. They're also willing to refer to outside specialists. I am only giving three stars as they're not a full PCP practice. You tend to see different people available each time you log on, and some doctors are rarely available at all. The doctors are reluctant to fill out any paperwork (at one point I was told it's their policy never to fill out paperwork.) It's hard to ask for that anyway since you don't have a relationship with a specific PCP. Also though they refer you to specialists, any labs that get ordered by those specialists (or anyone except a Circle PCP) can't actually be done in the Circle labs. So even a routine blood test you won't be able to get done at Circle if it's ordered by someone else. I do think they should fix that because it makes things inconvenient for patients.

Great app for booking and communication, solid family practice / general practitioner group, and convenient locations. Most of my peers use One Medical, but having grown up in the Midwest where concierge/subscription family medicine wasn't a thing, I feel like I get a great experience with Circle and don't pay an annual subscription.I see Ronay, and find that his straight talk and analytical explanations are a great fit for me.
