Avoid this company at all costs as well their partner company graph8. We spent $10,000 with them 16 months ago and were told in 6 weeks we would start getting leads through use of AI. Here we are 16 months later with 0 leads and no activity and nobody from the company responding. They may be out of business at this point but DO not use them under any circumstances. I think it is a scam

We hired CIENCE services for lead generation almost 6 months ago. My team and I are more than satisfied and glad about the results we have had. They have saved us money and time trying to find the right clients out there.

We have been using them for almost four months - honestly I am shocked on how bad everything went, we even had to email the CEO (who never responded) and probably one of the worst experience I had in the recent years.The leads and activities promised where never met, the results were sub-par, we only got one appointment out of 2,000+ leads contacted.The bi-weekly meetings are useless, as our CSM didn't attend most of them and the other person had no clue and always said it was doing great while at the same time no data was to be shown or insights to act on changes and try to generate better results.They promised us a dashboard to access results but we never got access...read full review
