Clogged kitchen sink.
I called CR&P today and was looking for a fix of my kitchen sink. We had been dealing with a slow drain for a few days. Chosen R&P was able to schedule an appt between 1:30-3:30pm. Justin showed up at 1:45pm. Justin evaluated the problem and also looked at other possibilities that may contribute to the clog such as another drainage line at a nearby bath sink.

I am awaiting a couple more estimates so although Chose R&P didn’t service our call, Justin assured me there is no charge for coming out and providing an estimate.

I am always skeptical of plumbing companies and the crazy prices they come up with when charging customers for service. Chosen rooter is the most reasonable out of any company I’ve seen in the Bay Area, and Zack did excellent, quality work. Communicative, friendly, and gave me all the details with the projects and then some additional recommendations for future service. Going with a plumber you can trust is a huge factor, and I trust Zack with Chosen Rooter. Great work.

Zack was so helpful and fixed our toilet very quickly! He drove all the way from Oakland to my house in downtown San Francisco within the hour at night to come fix my toilet. I appreciated his upbeat personality during this stressful time! He took the time to talk me through each step as it was my first time dealing with something like this and I really appreciated it!!
