As a retired acrobatic performer, I have plenty of old sports injuries. I swam hard a in our bay a couple weeks ago, which caused my arm/shoulder to flare up so much I’ve had trouble sleeping and working this past week. My deep tissue massage this weekend wasn’t enough, so I went back last night to my old acupuncturist and had electricity added to the needles- Magic!
