Mike did a great job. All the basics, right on time, courteous, efficient and did a great job cleaning my old carpets.This is what you would expect but don’t always get these days. 1. He took the time to focus on a few problem areas 2. Was conscious and respectful of my pets. 3. Understood our family was getting ready for school. We didn’t want to get in his way, but he worked around us not wasting any time. 4. He was a real nice guy. He got the carpets looking super clean which brought new life to the look of my house. Excellent! Mike came by and gave an estimate with multiple options- we opted for a full deep clean of our common area carpets in our large apartment building, scheduled the following week- he showed up on time and throughly cleaned everything and even noticed a lot of small details that I wasn’t aware of- what a great experience! Highly recommend
We just had Chem-Dry by Leonard clean five of our wool area rugs, and once again, they did an extraordinary job. This was the second time we’ve used their service, and it reinforced why we returned to them. With pets in the house, we had some stubborn stains and odors, and the team went the extra mile to make sure everything was removed and the rugs were fully deodorized. The difference is remarkable.
