Great work. I am so happy with my new floors. Jaime understood what I wanted in my home and he was flexible when I wasn't sure about changing one area of my house. I went back and forth taking home samples that they were so helpful. The team that did the work-WOW! So fast, so clean, so respectful. They worked so hard and every detail was great. They did extra by caulking our baseboards again, fixing a floor leak we had in our laundry area, placing felt pads on all furniture. I am so happy we went with Chacon!

Chacon Flooring installed new laminate flooring for our home in San Francisco. I truly appreciated working with Jaime Chacon who provided various options of laminate flooring types, scheduling and completing the installation on time and to our specifications. Sometimes, the customer isn't right. Jaime helped turn a very rough-looking floor into one that exceeded what I had requested. I had recently purchased a unit in a highrise condo building in San Francisco's East Cut neighborhood. I was renting a unit in the same building and was fixated on replicating the exact finish on the floor of the unit I had just purchased. Jaime and his team came recommended by the HOA since they had a lot of experience working with the floors in this particular condo building.
