The team is great at Carstar. Everyone is kind and communicative and the team works fast. They had my car looking brand new in a matter of weeks after some pretty significant damage from a tree falling.My one complaint is that while their work is very good, attention to detail is lacking. I had to bring my car back to have the dash replaced as they missed the small scratches that were caused by the broken glass on the original piece and they neglected to vacuum the car. I just unexpectedly cut my hand on glass that remained under my drivers seat when trying to grab something that had fallen under.

As the result of an auto accident CARSTAR was recommended to have the repairs done. I am more than happy to say that when I did pick up my Volvo Sedan it looked brand new one would never know that the back end of my car was totally caved in. They provided excellent customer service, feedback was excellent very friendly and people oriented. Lourdes and Anthony were perfect. I would highly recommend any body work to be done there or any work that needs to be done as a result of an accident.CARSTAR would be the first that I would recommend and if I need any body work done not as the result of an accident I would definitely be taking my car back
