Had a back door replaced by "A different door replacement co.". It was a real mess. A big gap and difficult to lock due to mis-alignment. They did not have an "appointment " available sooner than three weeks out to repair their mistake. Called Caldwell Doors. They made the repairs two days later. Good service. Fast. Price reasonable.
I have a new home that has quite a few broken doors. I decided to buy new doors but my partner and I are on a budget. I decided to give this company a try because they have deals on liquadation and overstock doors. Glad I did, I got a great deal on quality wood doors. This place and the salesman REFUGIO deserve all 5 stars. He helped me to find pre-stained doors I liked in my price range. I needed to them to cut the door to size and drill holes for the looks and hinges but OMG, I FORGOT TO MEASURE THE OLD DOORS. No worries, Refugio told me I could e-mail the measurements. WHEW! That saves me another trip. Got home and made accurate measurements of each old door and e-mailed the info to Refugio. I had to wait for my doors to get drilled and cut but when they were finally finished, installation was a breeze. The doors look AMAZING with and TOTALLY MATCH my wood floors. I will definitely recommend this place. They are inexpensive with quality service.
