If you need a back flow test for your property I recommend C&L Plumbing on Moraga Street in the Sunset. Allen came out to our property and took care of the required testing, paperwork, and notifications for you. All we had to do is call them and they did everything that the City required. Awesome customer service, very professional, and Allen gave us a lot of useful and helpful information. We are definitely going to use C&L for all our plumbing needs!
