I came to visit my friend in San Francisco, and we decided to get a spa day during my stay. The customer service is excellent. I booked with a day in advance, and they were able to accommodate me and my friend in an 80 min massage with a 80 minute facial plus 20 min spa bath for both.The place is extremely clean and it has all the amenities. The people who work there go above and beyond with the level of care and attention that they give to the customers. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Absolutely the best spa experience we have ever had! High-end environment and facilities. My massage therapist, Brianna, is very experienced in the healing arts and a superb masseuse. I lost a lot of weight and my body is out of whack and my shoulders and back in a lot of muscle pain. It is 24-hours later and all of the pain is gone! The bath assistants were smiling and very pleasant. Top notch!
