I used them for years when I owned a business in SF. I found them to be expensive then but didn't know much about accounting and taxes and wrote it off as just a cost of doing business. Years later, after I closed the business I continued to use them out of loyalty despite the sticker shock. Finally, one year with just W2 income, the billed cost was 7 times higher than a local accountant or accounting software. Its not a good feeling.They were always kind, informative and professional.
