I'm so happy that I called Bob's Appliance Service! They are local and showed up promptly, fixed my gas stove quickly and even gave me a tutorial on how to avoid the problem in the future. I only paid the house call fee-love businesses with integrity! Will call them in the future for all my large appliance repair!

Tommy from Bob's Appliance is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We have called on him twice now; once for confirmation that our washing machine was beyond repair (and parts no longer available), and for a great switch replacement on our dryer. There are a lot of repair companies out there, and hard to know who will be fair and excellent--Tommy at Bob's Appliance Service is the best. He's called on us twice now; the first was to confirm our washing machine was, indeed, beyond repair and time to replace, and the second call to change the switch on our dryer (see photo). He is responsive, accommodating (he was able to come at 5pm!), and very knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing, and offers advice on how to make your appliances last longer. This kind of work ethic seems so rare these days, we truly appreciate it!
