I was a walking in the neighborhood and popped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. They had wonderful lines, some of which I had always wanted to try in person but thought were only online like Corpus.The salesperson/aesthetician also was really kind and helped me see if we could find something comparable to a Bobbi Brown concealer I used to use that I misplaced that is now discontinued. She even went through all their discontinued concealers that weren't on the floor to see if we could find it.She seemed very knowledgeable about suggesting other products that might be suitable for my skin without any pressure. I went here in September and had Javier do my makeup for an event. He was super nice, and it was the best makeup job anyone has ever done for me, including my own wedding. And he was just doing me a favor! I bought a ton of the products he used. I’ll never be able to work the same magic as he did, but I’m trying. I don’t live here but use absolutely go back. Thank you so much Javier!!!

I’ve always considered this place out of my price range but they sell a sunblock I like and dermstore was going to charge me for shipping since my order was too small so I went in. The sales woman was so nice and pleasant and made placing the order painless. She then proceeded to give me a sample of Dermatologica’s Milkfoliant which has totally transformed my skin overnight. I’ve had a really weird fungal issue for years and also get perioral dermatitis flares so can only use a few very boring products on my face, therefore I am always skeptical of samples but I half heartedly tried this one and wow.
