Seeking Psychiatric help not counseling
I requested help w Depressed not counseling.
If cannot get that i should know now. !!
Don't want talk therapy ( counseling).
I need help w my depression now!!!!

Will go to another group if you cannot or will not help!!

Frantic is how I would describe my experience. I explicitly requested deep tissue upon arrival, and what I received was the opposite. Pawing, pressing, and rubbing comprised the majority of the experience. Some parts felt intentional, but for the most part it felt like a 10 year old could have done it. Left not only with muscular tension remaining, but a lot of nervous tension from the experience. Disappointing.

Often walked past, had never been interested. But then I heard my favourite athlete recommending it so I had to give it a go. After that rub down I feel like even I could run a marathon in 3:22!
