Excellent service, fast response, good communication. I can see why they're so highly related. It was a huge relief, because someone had busted our driver's side window, and we needed to get it solved as soon as possible.

I have a 2017 VW GTI that was indeed of a windshield replacement due to this ever expanding crack through my line of sight. The OEM glass on the GTI was made by Vitro and I called up Best Service Auto Glass to see what type of glass they had to replace my windshield. The representative on the phone said that the glass brand they work with is Fuyao. For those who don't know, Fuyao (or FYG) is an OEM glass manufacturer and has supplied OEM glass to manufacturers since 2018 or so. They were so fast, so helpful, service rep was so kind (Ishmael) and the technician (Roberto) also kind, professional and fast. My window is apparently really hard to come by (see curved glass) and they went above and beyond to call and locate a window as quickly as possible. Thanks Best Service Auto. PRICE POINT IS UNBEATABLE. Dealership was going to charge three times as much for the work.
