My encounter with Taryn Whitman (RN) at Berman Skin Institute surpassed all expectations. She created a welcoming environment, tailored her services to my specific needs, and exhibited professionalism and diligence throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
I saw a dermatologist at the practice named Dr Malcolm Pyles. He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to ask the right questions to help me with my issue. I also had another non-emergency skin question and he was able to diagnose it right away. Dr. Pyles has excellent bedside manner and is able to help patients with dark skin. It is very difficult to find an African-American dermatologist in San Francisco and I will be sure to recommend him to others. The front desk staff is welcoming, there was no wait, and the office operates very efficiently.
I had a great experience at Berman Skin Institute! Ebu was knowledgeable, professional and kind. She practiced whole health care, recommending I follow up with another healthcare professional regarding something she noticed. I felt cared for and on top of it all she was very efficient!! I couldn't recommend them enough!
