I would give Dr Pourtaheri 1,000 stars if I could! I first met him at his Santa Rosa location where he did some Genesis lasers on me. They were easy, pain free, no down time. I was happy with my results. My 28 year old daughter who lives in San Fransisco has always wanted a nose job so I made her an appt with Dr Pourtaheri office in the heart of San Francisco. Both of his offices are absolutely beautiful accompanied by a wonderful staff. We arrived at the appointment . He was punctual and spent so much time with her. He answered all her questions and explained all the options but more importantly showed her a whole different view of her very European nose. After we left I looked at her and said so what do you think ... she looked at me with the biggest smile and said I LOVE my nose. He showed her the beauty in her own nose. Thats when I knew he was the real deal. He fully gained my trust after that appt. I decided to make an appt with him to deal with some bad work I had done e a few years prior. After my consult he decided to go with some AccuTite and RF microneedling on my face ( see photos below for pre and post ). The procedure it self went great in his office. I felt like he explained everything very clearly and really really took his time. I was very happy and satisfied with my result. He then put me on a new daily skin care routine with the ZO product line he carries in office. I loved every thing he picked out and my skin has been looking glowy and amazing. After I was fully healed from that we discussed doing some under eye filler. I was very apprehensive about that as again I've had it done before and was not happy with the result. Again trusting Dr Pourtheri I agreed. His technique was pretty pain free and he really got in there to all the nooks and cranny's and filled that area in beautifully. I was so pleased I decided to do my lips next. I have to say again he took the time and really made the perfect lips. I'm 53 years old so I'm looking for a natural look and every thing he has done has been on point with my expectations. He really listens to what YOU want. I'm very happy with my experience and have told all my friends and happily refer everyone to him. He is a true gem and a master at his craft. Thank you Dr Pourtaheri for making me feel beautiful.
My experience with BAE Plastic surgery was excellent. Office manager is very amicable and the staff answered all questions I had pre and post surgery. I highly recommend this plastic surgery facility in SF.
