Can't remember all the details, it was such a blur in 2020. But the BACS folks were kind and efficient, making the process easier. And they co-operated within the limits of the law in allowing me to pick up the ashes at their crematorium near Stockton when I was working in the area.
Bay Area came highly recommended to our family after the loss of our mother. They navigated us through a very trying time with care and patience. In the unfortunate instance we need them again, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services. Very professional.
My father-in-law passed away in September 2019. We could not afford to pay for the cremation at that time. They were very caring and understanding. They kept his cremains safe until we were able to pay for it. They made the whole experience very comfortable. They are so compassionate. I highly recommend them for cremation services.
