Barbara is wonderful for both massage and craniosacral/energy work. I went to see her after 18 months of chronic, serious stress and an illness. I am feeling so much more in my body, thanks to her kind, intuitive and powerful sessions. She worked with me each time to build on previous sessions and develop a treatment plan tailored to my needs. I am grateful to have found her!
Barbara is a wonderful therapist. I have seen her for both massage and craniosacral and energy-based work, and both were amazing. After 18 months of chronic stress, family crisis and then a serious illness, I was depleted and not in my body--i couldn't be present or enjoy anything. We first worked on relaxing my nervous system, then added a massage session to release the stuck muscular tension. I'm feeling hopeful and relaxed again, my jaws and shoulders are relaxing and my breath comes easier. She takes your healing journey seriously and makes a plan for your treatment with you. I'm so glad I took a chance and went to see her!

I really appreciate her range--I started seeing her for craniosacral work but have also done more traditional massage.Barbara is intuitive, perceptive, a great listener and highly skilled at what she does!
