I had the most amazing "Birthday" massage I've had in a long time. I initially booked a massage along with a bath soak, but being that it was the end of December and cold, I called to cancel the bath soak portion and had no problems. The spa is at the hotel and there's valet parking available I believe it was $15 for 3 hrs. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the site manager (I forgot her name) and she was actually my masseuse as well. She had me going to sleep it felt so good. I had the most incredible experience soaking in their outdoor stone tub. Urban city views but the feeling of a little oasis complete with bamboo, plants, aromatherapy, tea, water, and snacks. Amal was gracious, attentive, and lovely. This was one of the best ways to enjoy the first week of the new year! I highly recommend their baths, I'm sure the massage and facials are amazing as well and I'll be back for a massage and another bath soak soon!Thank you for a wonderful el fresca bath experience. absolutely loved my experience here 10/10 forsure customer service was everything i had a hour bath and let me tell you it was so soothing i loved Johanna she was theeeee sweetest person ever I told her I hated ringing the bell but she didn't mind the view was top tier mimosas was great of course i could've went for 3-4 more but hell 2 will do and after my bath i went to the other deck to enjoy the view for about an hour and then went back got dressed and enjoyed the rest of my day. I also tried to tip her after my services she was such a sweeet person she wouldn't even allow me b/c it was already included in my service
