We worked with Jason, Lauren and their team to remodel our 100-year-old house. The project included redesigning the kitchen/nook/courtyard/dining room area, three bathrooms, and adding a bonus room downstairs, plus various smaller projects.
They delivered on their promise to manage everything from design to final inspection, on time and within budget. Their organized and thorough planning phase made the difference - we avoided the unreliable contractors, excessive delays, and preventable issues that many of our friends have experienced in their remodels.

When we started on our remodel, we were really attracted to the idea of design-build and having one firm be all-in through the process so it would be less stressful for us. We looked at a couple of design-build companies, and AT6 hit the sweet spot of really high-quality work without being outrageously priced. AT6’s design opened up and reorganized rooms so that they make more sense spatially than what we had. Everything is lighter, flows better, and the house feels much more cohesive. I hired Jason/AT6 to help me design and build my dream home on a plot of land that I found in Mill Valley. From the beginning, he helped me evaluate whether the land purchase made sense by visualizing the possibilities. I had hired Jason before as an architect for a previous remodel -- so I knew he was an amazing designer -- but once we started on this project, I discovered he was an equally talented builder.
