We recently had an issue with our Bosch dishwasher, which started acting up about four years after purchase. Thankfully, we had purchased the Appliance Service Plan from Bosch, so we were covered. Upon contacting Bosch directly, we were informed it would take around 20 days for a technician to come out and review the issue. However, Bosch gave us the option to call a certified third-party repair service instead, which led us to Appliances Giants/Appliance Repair in San Francisco.

Our Samsung wash machine kept stopping because it kept being unbalanced. We needed four new balance wires rod. My husband went on YouTube looked at a couple of videos. He managed to get the top halfway off, but he got stuck and got frustrated so we call giant appliances and they sent out Kush from Pakistan this man apparently didn't know much either because he went to YouTube videos also and so he just basically took a butter knife and wedged the top off the wash machine got the back off and put in the four balance rods and my husband told me after he left I'm so mad because he did the same thing that I was doing was looking online for how to fix it and we had... read full review
Good Experience overall - biggest complaint was that they rescheduled our planned service last minute (after we'd already defroster fridge & cleared everything out) and weren't able to send a technician for two more days. Worked out ok, and good service once here, but that was definitely and inconvenience!
