They did a decent enough job on the nails but charged me $50 for a mani/pedi and everyone else with a mani/pedi was charged $35 (they were regulars and they spoke openly of the cost/charge). I didn't need to fight it but I won't go back. Also the towel for my feet had nail paint all over it and the place just felt dirty - and the chairs were broken and torn up. I don't mind paying $50 for a clean place. I found a really nice place on Guerrero street for mid-30's for mani/pedi.. and it is clean and the staff were very mindful in how they treated their clients.

Here's why this nail salon gets 2 star's; first of all they make you wait for a very long time. Even if you made an appointment. The technician will tell you 10-15 mins. Then you check back anf its another 15 mins. Finally you get settled in chair guess what? Another 10 mins. End up staying for 3 hrs for mani, pedi. For reals. Price change also be aware... I gave this place three chances. All has been the same experience, note they are good at there job.. But poorly managed why you get 2 stars.. So if you have a spare 3 to 4 hours try them out...lol
