I highly recommend Ameritech if you need warranty work done on Lenovo hardware.
I purchased an expensive laptop directly from Lenovo. When it arrived it seemed to work fine but after a few days I noticed that it would randomly reset. I was preparing to travel so I needed the laptop fixed urgently. I called Lenovo and they said I could mail it to them or take it to an authorized service center. I chose the latter and they referred me to Ameritech. I dropped the laptop off at Ameritech. Lavina at the front desk was very helpful. A few days later I have the laptop back and it is working perfectly. If I need any more work done on this machine I will certainly use them.

Had a great experience with them. Lenovo sent me here for warranty work, and they got me back up and running quickly after I told them I needed a quick turnaround. Lavina even messaged me with regular updates.
