The motherboard on my Kitchen Aid gas stove/oven went out. All State was recommended by the manufacturer so I called them. That was on a Wednesday, and Daniel their tech was at my house on Friday to assess. The motherboard was fried, so a new one had to be ordered. Daniel, ordered the part, it came in within 4 days and he offered to install it on 4th of July - I declined that day and he came on the 7th and had the stove operational in about 45 minutes. Expensive repair, but the service level was great. Quick response time, good communication and Daniel arrived at the times he told me he would. All my appliances are KitchenAid, and fairly young in appliance terms, less than 10 years, so if I have any other issues I will call all State Appliance Repair again. I've had Daniel from All State Appliances out to my place multiple times to remove my dishwasher after it leaked, install the new one, and fix multiple things on my Viking stove. Daniel is professional, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable and I always felt very comfortable having him in my home.
Daniel came same day i called on a saturday and was able to fix samsung dryer..not sure if its the same company i've used before but prompt, friendly and knowledgeable ...little pricey but same day service and issue resolved with dryer not heating......Thank you Daniel.
