Alan is a great guy, honest and will do whatever he can to accommodate your needs with his team. There were some major hurtles with the city and permitting but we both worked through it and the job ended up done on time. Had a party right after and everyone loves the new patio awning.
Great work by Alan and team. The entire back side of the house had vinyl that was in bad shape in need of repair. Alan explained what my options were and my decision was to replace it with newer, more improved vinyl siding. I also had two windows that needed to be replaced, so we added that to the overall job. Alan's team was punctual and very thorough. They waterproofed the entire back side of the house, and the finished project looked great. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as the old materials were messy. I'll be working with Alan again to replace windows in the front of the house as we head into the cooler months.
All went well, until Alan received the last check owed to him. Neighbor's yards were littered with paint chips, but check in hand, Alan didn't notice, inspect, or follow through. It was up to me to notify neighbors and make repeated calls to get Alan to clean up the neighbor's yards. Ditto story on getting my keys returned. All was completed in the end.
