Product seems to be a good solution. But only at a first view. So many features are not consuquently developed. The "premium support" answers all your requests just with "What you have found is a current limit of Accelo". I don't know who many "limits" we have found while trying to implement accelo. Beside the missing features we have discovered during sales phase. Same for the API. everywhere only fragements developed, unusable if you properly want to integrate something. O365 integration given but Emails not synced, So you have to work on them in Accelo and in Outlook. Complete useless. And so on. I could write romans about further... read full review
