I brought three lock cylinders into the shop to be changed and they did it while I waited. Once I got home, I had trouble reassembling the third complicated lock. I called the shop and Ray talked me through the troubleshooting process until it was solved. I had to call him several times and he was very helpful and patient with me.

Wow these guys did an amazing job adapting my strange US Mortice-style lock to a standard smart lock handle of my choice. Responses were fast, all of my questions were answered and any concerns I had were reassured during the install process. This job required some custom work with two blanking plates to adapt to my new lock; now I have a standard style lock with keyless entry and getting into my home has never been nicer. Can’t recommend this team enough.
