Great experience with AJO. We used them for a basement excavation and structural retrofit. Professional, prompt, high quality, no cost surprises (hit the initial project budget spot on). We live in an 1889 Victorian with an enclosed porch that was starting to separate from the house as the foundation was almost nonexistent. Giuseppe and team assessed the problem, suggested a solution and were terrific to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, as was the workmanship, scheduling and flexibility. The final result was exactly what we needed. Having several friends who are local architects, I know the price was absolutely fair and I've already recommended AJO to several other homeowners.
